Party By-Laws & Rules
These By-Laws and Rules are the operating guidelines for the California Democratic Party. They outline the procedures and processes that the California Democratic Party must follow. The By-Laws are updated and altered under the direction of the Rules Committee of the Executive Board of the California Democratic Party, and were last amended November 2007. Download a copy of the California Democratic Party By-Laws and Rules. Resolutions
Definition of a resolution: A declaration of principle and/or philosophical belief of the Party.  Resolutions are heard at Executive Board meetings and odd-year state conventions.  Read resolutions passed by the California Democratic Party.
