800 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

  • We will need your help anytime from 6:30AM - midnight.
  • Help is needed with registration, ushers, general session, administrative, and much more!
  • You will immediately receive a CONFIRMATION e-mail. A volunteer schedule will be closer to convention (also outlines parking, food, map, etc.).
  • There is a MANDATORY volunteer training on the evening of Thursday, April 15 at 7pm at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
  • Housing and transportation accommodations are not provided.

Areas of Interest
Pre-Convention Mailings, packet stuffing, phone banking, etc.
Registration This is the area in which we need the most help. Registering over 3,000 people, you will process delegates, give them their credentials, etc.; primarily a sitting job.
Office Staff Check credentials for staff room, answer phones and run copies to and from meeting rooms.
General Session Ushering, runners, and miscellaneous.
Caucus Meetings / Workshops Take accurate count of meeting space, serve as usher and offer assistance to Caucus Chair or Workshop Facilitator.
Wherever Needed Helping on-site staff room, runners, clean-up, etc.
