Register Online with the Secretary of State

1) Fill in your form online with the Secretary of State.
2) The Secretary of State will then mail you a completed form with your information.
3) After you receive your completed form in the mail, you must SIGN and DATE it.
4) Mail your signed and dated form in the postage-paid envelope to your County Registrar of Voters (address can be found on the back of your form).
