The CDP Campaign Skills Training Seminar will focus on the following:

  1. Leadership Skills: Review of Meeting, Facilitation and Presentation Skills
  2. Messaging: Framing the Problem and Solution
  3. Organizing Constituencies: Start Increasing the Volunteer Base
  4. Volunteers: Recruitment, Management, and Retention
  5. Voter Contact: High Impact vs. Low Impact
  6. Voter Files, Formulas and Targeting: Using Data for More Efficient Voter Contact
  7. Vote-by-Mail Programs: Bank Votes Early
  8. GOTV: Running a Smooth Operation on Election Day

Trainings are tailored to the needs of the local party and participants and are all day from 10:30am to 4:30pm. The location will be sent to you after you register.
